Youth Group Travel Policies 1. Food and drink are allowed on the coach, with the understanding that all trash must be put in provided bags before leaving the bus. 2. Shirts and shoes are required to board and travel on the coach. 3. Passengers are not to stand on the seats or sit on armrests. 4. Passengers are expected to be well behaved. 5. Foul language or rough play will not be tolerated. 6. Any damage or repairs that result from a violation of these policies are the responsibility of the chartering organization. 7. The contracting organization will be responsible to have a sufficient number of qualified chaperones to effectively control the number of passengers on board, evenly spaced throughout the coach. 8. Chaperones are asked to enforce these policies, including the disciplining of passengers who are a problem. 9. If chaperones are unable to resolve a behavior situation, the driver will then be responsible to use appropriate action necessary to correct the situation, including discharging a passenger or passengers. In the event a minor passenger is discharged, a chaperone will be asked to accompany that child to ensure that the child is returned home safely.
